Page allowances will be per month. Overage per page and a surcharge for scanned or complex documents will be published with the plans. Prices in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Questions about paying
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, as merchant of record. Paddle handles the card or PayPal payment, sales tax and VAT, and the receipt. We receive your email address, the order id and the amount, not your card details.
Can I get an invoice?
Paddle emails a receipt that names Pagorin and Jelista Strategies Inc. If your organisation needs a tax id on it, you can add one at checkout.
What if the pilot does not help?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. If we miss the 5-business-day delivery, you get a full refund without asking. See the refund policy.
Can I buy more than 25 pages?
Not yet. The pilot is one order of up to 5 PDFs and 25 pages. If you need more, write to support@pagorin.com and tell us roughly how many pages; it helps us plan the monthly plans.
